Moda Preview: Tutti Rouge SS16

Next up, Tutti Rouge! The Tutti Rouge SS16 collection is very on trend, showcasing vivacious shades of eyecatching orange and candy pink, topped off with all the little details that give it that extra Tutti twist.

Tutti Rouge Kitty Fizzy Peach, Nichole Leopard and Parma Violet

Tutti Rouge Kitty Fizzy Peach

Orange is going to be huge this season, and Tutti are getting in on it with the Kitty in Fizzy Peach. I’d say the first picture captures the colour better, but this features a tangerine orange base, ivory lace and mesh, with some flirty splashes of pink. Available in 28-38 D-HH.

Tutti Rouge Nichole Leopard

Tutti Rouge Nichole Parma Violet

Possibly my favourite of the collection, Nichole in Leopard (picture 1) and Parma Violet (picture 2). This super daring leopard colourway is sure to divide, but I am personally a huge fan! Along with these fashion colourways, there will also be a new continuity colour of Noir/Nude, featuring soft beige detailing onto a bold black base, topped off with a feisty leopard print bow. Available in 28-38 D-HH.

Tutti Rouge Liliana Fruit Salad, Fifi Rox Pink

Two more fruity little numbers, the Liliana in Fruit Salad (top) and the Fifi in Rox Pink (bottom). Again, there is a very strong orange and pink trend coming for this season, and Tutti Rouge is very much on top of it! Liliana is mouthwateringly fresh and fun, featuring a tangerine orange base and pink ribbon detailing. Fifi is the unashamedly feminine piece of this collection, featuring polka dot mesh and lashings of ruffles and lace, all in a delicious shade of bright pink.

There will also be a new continuity colourway of Noir for the Liliana, which will simply be all black all over. Both Liliana and Fifi are available in 28-38 D-J, with the Liliana available in a further 40-44 D-F.

Tutti Rouge Betty Brighton Rocks

Another deliciously fun and feminine set, the Betty in Brighton Rocks, a Tutti-exclusive print dedicated to Brighton and the British summertime. It features deck chairs, ice creams, postcards and more, all topped off with ivory polka dot mesh, ruffles and lace, and (of course) pink ribbon highlights. Available in 28-38 D-HH.

Tutti Rouge Jessica Noir Nude

Tutti Rouge Jessica Ivory Nude

Finally, the Jessica returns in another continuity colourway of Ivory Nude (picture 2), a creamy caramel beige number featuring delicate ivory embroidery and lace, along with a tiny blue diamante detail at the centre (making this a great option for a bride’s something-blue!). Tutti are also introducing a gorgeous new high-waist brief to match the Noir Nude colourway (picture 1), which I personally just adore. Jessica is an unpadded plunge with removable cookies, allowing three levels of cleavage to take you from the office to the club. The wondrously cleavagey nature of the bra is why they’re launching the #IllegalCleavage campaign – but more on that soon!

Overall, I love how cohesive this collection is – there are dashes of pink, orange and/or leopard on every fashion colourway, and it ties the whole collection together really nicely. Given that I don’t really wear orange or pink, I wouldn’t say this is my favourite Tutti Rouge collection personally, but it’s definitely very on trend, and I’m sure it will have its fans! I also really love how Tutti are continuing to expand their range of continuity styles, giving loads of choice for not-so-basic basics – the Jessica in particular is one of the prettiest light-skinned nude bras I’ve seen in a long time!

What do you think of the collection? Any favourite pieces? Any not-so-favourite pieces? Let me know any thoughts in the comments below!
