Avocado are a Polish brand that I have reviewed previously on the blog, and one that I think many UK readers have been curious about since they introduced international delivery. When I last tried Avocado, I found my closest fit was a 70L, though I would ideally wear a 65M/N if it was made. Avocado very kindly sent me another two bras to try out, which is what I’ll be reviewing today!
The Panache Sport is a style which I’ve written about on the blog before, and one which I absolutely adore. I have had the grey colourway on my wishlist for a long time, so I was very pleased when the wonderful Large Cup Lingerie kindly offered to gift it to me. I have previously found that the level of support and comfort the Sport offers is outstanding, and the grey colourway is no exception.
The Panache Sport is available in 28 DD-H, 30 D-H, 32 C-H, 34-38 B-H, and 40 D-GG, so as before, I opted to try this colourway in a 32H. As always with Large Cup Lingerie, the bra was sent out swiftly and arrived beautifully wrapped in tissue paper (a little detail I always love!). I did notice some differences in sizing between this and my other colourways, which is mainly the reason I decided to write a mini-review for this colourway. Continue reading
Avocado are a luxury Polish brand, with a range of designs oozing elegance and sophistication. Their sizing is slightly different from the UK’s, featuring 4cm jumps between cup sizes and bands that are firmer than average, so when they offered to send me something to review, it took a while to figure out what size would be best for me. At the time, my measurements were roughly 75cm snug underbust, 109cm standing bust, and 116cm leaning bust. Following the size guide, I first tried a 70K (the size suggested for a 110cm bust), which I later swapped for 70L (suggested for a 114cm bust).
My Curves & Me is an online store, stocking many lingerie and swimwear sets at discounted prices. Owned by Panache, it is one of the best places to find Superbra, Cleo, Masquerade and Sculptresse bras. While they do stock some current sets, most of their stock is from older seasons, which means it’s a great place to grab a bargain on any of the bras you might have missed out on. Recently, a representative from My Curves & Me reached out to offer me a set to review. I’ve loved the look of the Cleo Ellis from AW13 for a long time, so when I saw it in stock, I gladly accepted!
I have reviewed various Cleo bras on my blog in a 30J (see here and here), but with a current usual size of 30K, I have found this size is now too small in the cups for me. Hearing that the Cleo Ellis was firmer in the band than most Cleo bras, I opted to try the 32J with size 14 briefs. Continue reading
At the start of this year, Panache contacted me to ask if I would like to participate in their new year fitness campaign, Support Every Move. The campaign was very successful, including a crowd-sourced workout playlist on Spotify, a motivational pinboard on Pinterest, articles about fitness and music, reviews of the Panache Sports bra and lots of giveaways. I contributed to the pinboard, and I am pleased to say that I was also able to try the Panache Sport, which is what I’ll be reviewing today! I’ll give you the summary now: I am in love with it.
