My Blog’s 2nd Birthday: DD Atelier

DD Atelier is a Russian retailer, dedicated to creating clothing to fit and flatter a full bust. They provide a wide range of clothes in a variety of styles, from evening dresses to casual shirts. Their clothes are available in sizes 65-85 (approx 23-32″ waists) and three bust sizes of D, F and H (allowing up to 12″ waist/bust distance), though various bloggers have found their sizing to be generous.

DD Atelier Lace Dress Nude

Lace Dress in Nude, available in sizes 70-85 D-F.

One of the stand-out pieces from their current collection, the showstopping Lace Dress in Nude. Retailing for €289, this evening dress features a floor-length fishtail cut, luxurious Chantilly lace, and delicate pearl buttons. Most people probably won’t have an occasion to wear this dress, but I’m sure those who do will be huge fans of this dress!

DD Atelier Satin Dress Black

Satin Dress in Black, available in sizes 70-85 D-F.

A slightly more practical, but no less stunning, option, the Satin Dress in Black, which retails for €99. This slinky fitted dress would be a wonderful cocktail dress, or perhaps even a dressier option for workwear.

DD Atelier Angie Raincoat Peony

Angie Raincoat in Peony, available in 70-85 D-F.

An item I’ve been lusting after since it was released, the stunning 50’s Style Raincoat in Peony. Featuring a fabulous full skirt and a cheery peony pink colour, this coat would fit in perfectly as a part of vintage-inspired outfits. This coat retailed for €119, but is currently on sale for €59.

DD Atelier Freddie Shirt Plaid

Freddie Shirt in Plaid, available in 70-85 D-F.

A bit of a different piece, the Freddy Shirt in Plaid. This is very much my style! I love the bold red/black plaid, and I think this would look great with a pair of pleather leggings. This shirt retailed for €59, but is currently available on sale for €29. Though this is my personal favourite, there are many other tops available on sale, starting from €7 for basic tops.

DD Atelier Printed Mimosa Dress

Printed Mimosa Dress, available in 65-85 D-F.

Finally, one of their more casual dresses, the beautiful Mimosa Dress. The lovely Miss Shapen is a huge fan of this dress, and it’s not hard to see why. The yellow and green leaf print is cheery and fresh, and the long dark green waist ties are an interesting way to add definition. This dress was originally €74, however it is currently on sale for €24. Their sale dresses start at €17, so if you love their clothes but are on a budget, the sale section is definitely worth a look.

  1. As beautiful as the lace gown is, if I won, I’d be so tempted by the Athena dress. It’s so timeless and effortlessly glam and I’ve fallen in love with it.

  2. Sadly the red shirt is sold out in my size but there is a blue plaid one also in flannel that still is available and I’ve wanted a flannel shirt that fits since… forever! I also adore the Vibrant Polka Dot Dress and the denim jacket… Another thing I’ve wanted for long. :)

  3. Since I’m sort of out of their size range but was thinking something with stretch might work,I was looking at Wrap and tie mini dress in mint,Dress tunic Wrap Me!,and the Honeycomb maxi dresses

  4. There are so many things I like, but I think I’d try one of their shirts. My opinion as to what I prefer changes each time I view the website!

  5. I would get the Denim Jacket. It’s cool and I think it would go great with pretty much everything in my closet.
And it’s so hard to find a jacket without being forced a compromise on either fit or style T.T

  6. I love their blouses… I have the pink short-sleeved one with the apple print and it’s my very favorite thing. I’d probably look for something similar.

  7. Their Hearts dress looks so lovely, perfect for springtime … I say as I huddle in front of a heater, in double layers of my warmest sweats, waiting out the Arctic Blast. Well, a girl can dream.

  8. The lace dress is stunning, but I don’t think I would wear it a lot, because I dess more casually. Mimosa dress looks the most wearable!

  9. If I won, I would totally get plaid Juliet dress, it’s stunning, I’ve been looking for such great casual dress for ages!

  10. I’ve been eyeing the green trench and Brigette dress! The Lace Dress would be AMAZING, but I fear I’d have no reason to ever wear it.

  11. Since I have a wedding to attend this summer, I’d probably go for a dress. Either the black Athena, or maybe the satin dress in black or fuchsia.
