SIL Preview: Panache AW16 (Including Panache Swim & Sport)

If you follow me on social media, you might already know that a few weeks ago, I took a short trip over to Paris! While I did plenty of fun things (like visiting Disneyland and drinking copious amounts of wine), the main reason I visited was to attend Salon de la Lingerie International. The SIL is a lingerie tradeshow, where industry professionals from all over the world come to see and showcase the latest collections – essentially, it’s the same thing as Moda, but way bigger.

So, that means that I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek at lots of the new styles coming out in Autumn/Winter! I’ll be sharing previews on here every day for the next few days, starting with one of the biggest of the lot, Panache! The Panache AW16 collection primarily features shades of blue, teal, berry and gold.

Panache Oriane in Teal Gold (Panache AW16)

Panache Tango in Navy Gold (Panache AW16)

Panache Oriane in Teal/Gold (30-38 D-J) ; Panache Tango in Navy/Gold (28-40 D-K, 42 D-J, 44 DD-FF)

One trend we saw heavily this season was gold embroidery over deep blues and blacks, as shown in this new colourway of the Tango, along with the new Oriane style. Oriane is a full-cup style, similar in construction to the older Clara and Andorra styles. Continue reading

My Top Picks for AW15

If you follow many lingerie blogs, you may have realised that this time of year is when all the lingerie brands head to tradeshows to showcase what will be new from them next season. In fact, I’ve just gotten back from Moda, where I got to see lots of next year’s lovely SS16 pieces (more on that soon!), but for now I thought it might be nice to do a round-up of all of my favourite pieces coming out for AW15 – that is, anytime now!

Curvy Kate

Curvy Kate’s AW15 collection primarily features cranberry red, eyecatching oranges and golds, with some splashes of pixie green.

Curvy Kate Ellace Black/Champagne

One of my firm favourites, this is the Ellace in Black/Champagne. This bra is Curvy Kate’s first foray into a balconette with a stretch lace upper (a design which seems to be becoming very popular!), which I am so excited to try out myself. Available in 28-40 D-K, 42-44 D-G at Brastop. Continue reading

Moda Previews: Panache SS15 (Including Panache Swim & Sport)

One of the biggest previews I’ll be doing this year, the Panache SS15 collection, including Panache Sport and Swim. This season from Panache primarily features lemonade yellow, crisp mint, and bright pink.

Mini-Review: Panache Sport in Grey

The Panache Sport is a style which I’ve written about on the blog before, and one which I absolutely adore. I have had the grey colourway on my wishlist for a long time, so I was very pleased when the wonderful Large Cup Lingerie kindly offered to gift it to me. I have previously found that the level of support and comfort the Sport offers is outstanding, and the grey colourway is no exception.

Panache Sport in Grey - 32H

The Panache Sport is available in 28 DD-H, 30 D-H, 32 C-H, 34-38 B-H, and 40 D-GG, so as before, I opted to try this colourway in a 32H. As always with Large Cup Lingerie, the bra was sent out swiftly and arrived beautifully wrapped in tissue paper (a little detail I always love!). I did notice some differences in sizing between this and my other colourways, which is mainly the reason I decided to write a mini-review for this colourway. Continue reading

Taking on the World with the Panache Sport

At the start of this year, Panache contacted me to ask if I would like to participate in their new year fitness campaign, Support Every Move. The campaign was very successful, including a crowd-sourced workout playlist on Spotify, a motivational pinboard on Pinterest, articles about fitness and music, reviews of the Panache Sports bra and lots of giveaways. I contributed to the pinboard, and I am pleased to say that I was also able to try the Panache Sport, which is what I’ll be reviewing today! I’ll give you the summary now: I am in love with it.  Continue reading
